Adena
Adena was a small farming community located in the eastern part of Colorado. It was named after Edna Adena, who was the sweetheart of an early settler in the region. The majority of the original inhabitants came from Illinois and Nebraska. The town is now a ghost town, with only a few remnants of its existence, including abandoned school buildings and concrete foundations, remaining.
