Boston
The Boston Mine was established in the late 1800s when miners discovered a gold ore vein in the nearby mountains. The miners built homes, a boarding house, and trams to transport the ore. However, the project was not successful because the ore was not pure enough to make it profitable. Consequently, the miners abandoned the town. Currently, there are remains of cabins and buildings along with some rusted mining equipment.Â
