Lake Agnes is a beautiful lake nestled in the forests of State Forest State Park. The short and relatively easy trail treats you to captivating views of the majestic Nokhu Crags and leads to the serene lakeshore, where anglers can fish for rainbow and cutthroat trout. The trail to Lake Agnes is about 0.8 miles, but if you wish to walk around the lake, the moderate rated loop style trail extends to 2.3 miles.

As you make your way over Cameron pass be sure to stop at the many breathtaking lakes along the way. From the larger lakes, like Barnes Meadows, Chambers, and Joe Wright, to the smaller Zimmerman, Lost, and Laramie there is something for everyone. Boating, hiking, fishing, and camping are some of the activities people enjoy at this serene setting. Wildlife, especially moose is prevalent in this area so make sure to keep an eye out.
